Our approach
We want you to be happy with Wizard Legal. Because paid digital services can be delivered immediately, refunds are handled as set out below.
Paid documents
If you are charged for a document but a technical fault on our side prevents it from being generated, you are eligible for a full refund. Once a document has been successfully generated, the fee is generally non-refundable as the service has been delivered.
AI Contract Review
Where paid AI Contract Review access is offered, its price and access period are shown before checkout. If a technical fault on our side prevents the paid access from being provided, contact us with the transaction details so we can review a refund.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction details within 7 days of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
Duplicate or wrong charges
If you are charged twice or in error, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
