Does this identify an auto-renewal clause?
No. It only performs the date arithmetic. Read the agreement for automatic renewal, notice, and termination language, and record the dates in the contract workspace where appropriate.
How are month-end dates handled?
When a resulting month has fewer days than the effective-date day, the calculation uses that month's final calendar day. Confirm the agreement's own definition of term if it differs.
