In plain English — Clause 8 · Limitation of liability
The clause makes one side answerable for every loss the other side suffers, with no ceiling. A cap — often stated as a multiple of fees paid — is the usual counter-proposal. Whether that is appropriate depends on the contract value and your risk appetite.
