The right legal workflow for how you work

Pick the workflow that fits your role, then review the document and execution requirements that apply.

Built for

7 paths into the same platform.

Every path runs the same guided drafting, the same review, and the same signing options. Pick the one closest to your situation — the documents below are where most people start.

How it works

From role to signed document in four steps.

No blank page, no legalese guesswork. The wizard asks the questions a drafter would ask.

01 / Path

Pick your path

Choose the role closest to your situation. Paths are entry points, not walls — every account can reach the whole template catalog.

02 / Draft

Answer guided questions

A question-and-answer flow builds the draft, with conditional clauses, repeating groups and Indian number-to-words. Progress is saved as you go.

03 / Preview

Preview, then pay

Read the whole draft before paying anything. The price for your document and the available options are shown before checkout.

04 / Execute

Download, sign, track

Take the document out as a PDF, move it into the signing flow where that is available, and keep renewal dates in the workspace.

What's included

Every path, same engine versus a blank template.

No invented numbers. This is what changes when you move from a downloaded .docx to a guided path.

Templates are starting points, not legal advice. Some documents need stamping, witnesses, notarisation, registration, or professional advice before they are relied on — each path’s page calls out the execution requirements that apply.

Not sure which fits?

Describe the situation. We’ll help you choose a product path or request a consultation.

Some matters span roles: a founder who is also a landlord, an agency hiring its first employee. Request a consultation and the team can review availability, fees, and the relevant document and execution considerations with you.

What a consultation gets you

  • A consultation request reviewed for availability and fit
  • A discussion of relevant document options for your situation
  • Execution considerations — stamping, witnesses, registration

Consultation availability, professional assignment, and fees are confirmed separately

Good to know

Choosing a path, explained.

Which solutions path should I pick?

Pick the role closest to your situation. The paths are entry points, not walls — they all draw on the same template catalog, so any account can create any available document. If your matter spans roles or fits none of them, request a consultation instead.

How much does a document cost?

Price is per document and is shown before checkout, after you have read the draft. Consumer subscriptions are not offered. The free tools — invoice generator, stamp duty calculator, rent receipt generator — need no account at all.

Are the documents legal advice?

No. Templates are guided starting points, not legal advice. Some documents need stamping, witnesses, notarisation, registration, or professional input before they are relied on. Each path's page lists the execution requirements that apply.

Do my documents need stamp paper or registration?

It depends on the document and the state. Rent agreements, powers of attorney and affidavits each carry different stamp-duty and registration rules, and rates vary state to state. The stamp duty calculator gives a state-wise estimate before you execute anything.

Is e-signing valid in India?

The IT Act 2000 recognises electronic signatures. Which signing methods you can actually use is shown in the workspace for your document and deployment — a method is never presented as available until the corresponding capability is enabled and verified.

Can my team use these paths instead of just me?

Yes. An organisation workspace adds seats and roles — owner, admin, member, approver, viewer — on top of the same documents, along with the contract record, approvals and renewal dates. See the Business page for the full workspace.

What if my situation doesn't fit any path?

Request a consultation. You describe the situation and get a shortlist of the documents and execution steps that apply. Advocate availability and any fee are confirmed separately; the request itself is only the starting point.
