How Business workspace purchase and access work
A clear guide to choosing a Business plan, creating an organisation directly, starting secure checkout, and checking verified paid-plan access.

A Business plan should not require an emailed request just to reach the workspace. In the self-service path, a signed-in owner can choose a workspace they already own or create an organisation directly and become its first owner. That gives the owner a workspace to begin with; it does not treat a payment-page redirect as proof that a paid plan has activated.

Start from the plan you want
- 1Choose an available Business plan from public pricing. The product carries only a recognised catalog plan forward to sign-in and organisation setup.
- 2Sign in or register. If you already own a workspace, select it to continue to its billing settings. Otherwise name a new organisation and optionally add its GSTIN; the person who creates it becomes the first owner, and the initial General workspace is created with it.
- 3Open Settings → Plan & billing. Only an organisation owner can start a plan change; the product sends the browser to secure checkout only after the configured payment service provides a checkout URL.
- 4After payment, return to the workspace and check its billing state. The server applies paid seats and limits after a verified provider event, not merely after a bank notification or browser redirect.
Handle a delayed or unclear payment result safely
- Avoid opening repeated checkout attempts while one payment is still pending; check the workspace billing status first.
- Keep the order and payment references for the account that started the purchase, but never share card data, UPI PINs, passwords, or OTPs with support.
- If paid access has not appeared after the payment service confirms it, contact support with the order reference so authorised staff can review recorded reconciliation data.
- Use the workspace role and billing controls as the source of truth for what the current member can do. Do not rely on a marketing page to infer an entitlement.
