Use the document editor when you need to prepare or revise supported document content in the workspace. It keeps the document in structured HTML so the same approved content can be saved and exported by the server.
Supported editing tools
- Headings, paragraphs, bold, italic, underline, strike-through, highlight, subscript, and superscript.
- Bulleted and numbered lists, nesting, quotes, alignment, dividers, undo, and redo.
- Tables with rows, columns, header rows, merge/split cells, and bounded column resizing.
- Small PNG, JPEG, or WebP images inserted with the toolbar, pasted from the clipboard, or dragged into the editor.
Add an image safely
- 1Place the cursor where the image belongs, choose Insert image, or drag or paste an image into the document.
- 2Use a PNG, JPEG, or WebP image that is 120 KB or smaller. The editor keeps it with the document rather than loading it from an external web address.
- 3Review its size and placement in the editor, then review the exported PDF or DOCX before you share or sign the document.
