Signing & execution
Use the local-signature workflow
Understand the available draw, type, and authorised signature-image workflow and what still needs to be checked for a document to be properly executed.
You can use the local-signature workflow for supported documents: draw, type, or upload an authorised PNG or JPEG signature image. Aadhaar, DSC, and other provider signing methods are unavailable until provider verification is complete.

Before signing
- Make sure every person is reviewing the same final document version.
- Confirm the signer is the person named in the document and has authority where they are signing for an organization.
- Check whether witnesses, stamping, notarisation, registration, or another formality applies.
- Keep the completed document and any signing record with the related transaction records.
